DailyJourneyFit is a training journal built for the ninety seconds between sets — fast enough to keep up with your session, honest enough to show whether you actually beat last time.

Built for the gym floor
Everything you need, nothing that gets in the way
Most trackers optimise for the dashboard you look at once a month. This one optimises for the set you are about to do.
Logging that keeps up with you
Repeat your last session in one tap, then adjust. Big touch targets, steppers instead of keypads, and every edit saves itself.
Always know your last numbers
Each exercise shows what you lifted last time, right where you type. No scrolling back through history mid-set.
Proof that you're progressing
Personal records surface automatically, and every lift gets its own trend line built from your own history.
Progress photos, side by side
Private uploads with date and tag filters, plus a wipe slider to compare any two shots months apart.
Bodyweight in context
Track the scale next to your lifts with a rolling average, so a single heavy morning doesn't read as a trend.
No feed, no followers
There is nothing to post and nobody to impress. Row-level security means your data is only ever visible to you.
How it works
Three taps from walking in to writing it down
- 01
Start from last time
Open the app, tap repeat, and your previous session is already laid out set for set.
- 02
Log between sets
Tap up or down to change weight and reps. The rest timer starts itself when you finish a set.
- 03
Watch the line move
Finish the session and your records, trends, and weekly volume update on the spot.

Your training log is nobody else's business
A journal only works if you are honest in it. That is hard when there is an audience, so we removed the audience entirely.
- Every row is scoped to your account by database policy, not by application code alone.
- Progress photos live in a private bucket and are served through short-lived signed links.
- No analytics on your training data, no ad networks, no third-party trackers.
- Delete your account and everything — rows, files, and auth record — goes with it.
“The best training log is the one you still open on week thirty. That means it has to be fast, and it has to be yours.”
The principle behind DailyJourneyFit
Questions, answered
Is it really free?
The journal is free while it is in early access. If paid plans arrive later, everything you have already logged stays yours and exportable.
Can I log cardio too?
Yes. Any exercise can be switched between strength mode (weight and reps) and cardio mode (distance and time) per session.
What if my gym uses kilos and I think in pounds?
Pick your default unit during setup and override it on any individual set. Comparisons are normalised before they are shown to you.
Do you have a mobile app?
The web app is built mobile-first and installs to your home screen, so it behaves like a native app on the gym floor. A packaged app is on the roadmap.
